WM Immigration is seeking an Immigration Advisor, ideally with a minimum of one year's immigration experience, to manage a caseload and sales consisting of private individuals. The role involves acting as an ambassador for the firm, managing Level 1 immigration matters including spouse, fiancé and partner visa applications, visitor applications, EEA Family Permits and EEA Permanent Residence, British Citizenship and all PBS applications. Duties include providing services to clients, carrying out casework confidentially and professionally, complying with OISC rules and codes of conduct, assisting with business development, meeting sales targets, maintaining accurate records, progressing files within legal and procedural time limits, preparing letters and documents, managing client files and representing WM Immigration at meetings. Applicants should have detailed knowledge of relevant Level 1 OISC case law, relevant immigration applications, Microsoft Office, Windows and client management systems, strong organisational and interpersonal skills, and at least one year of experience providing immigration advice. Salary depends on experience.
