Provide specialist and general administrative support for Trampoline's operations, cover office administration duties, develop and implement administrative and filing systems, monitor and replenish office supplies, manage the office cleaning contractor, manage petty cash and event budgets, provide office cover during core opening hours, act as the first point of contact by phone, email or in person, and provide frontline support to service users. Duties also include scheduling meetings, taking minutes, monitoring follow-up actions, co-managing the MS SharePoint filing system, maintaining the office sign-in register and equipment inventory, updating the events calendar, supporting event bookings, maintaining paperless records, contributing to administrative procedures, complying with GDPR, tracking basic HR records, and participating in team meetings and events. The role requires strong organisational, customer service, verbal and written communication skills, office administration experience, proficiency with MS Office and current office administration technologies, initiative, decision-making confidence, attention to detail, empathy, flexibility, confidentiality and discretion. This is an office-based role in London SE1, working 4 to 5 days per week, with a salary of £28,000 pro rata if fewer than 5 days, a 12-month initial term renewable subject to contract extension and meeting KPIs, employer pension contribution of 3%, employee contribution of at least 5%, and 25 days' annual leave pro rata if fewer than 5 days.
