New graduate roles offer a caseload built for learning with under 12 patients a day and one-on-one sessions, a named peer mentor from day one, two protected mentorship hours a week through the first 12 weeks, 24 hours of dedicated mentorship in the first three months, progressive independence, AI-supported documentation, and rotations and roles across Highbar Practices.
