NeuroPerform is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support clients in Western Melbourne. The role involves conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing individualised treatment plans, providing one-on-one therapy focused on daily living skills, mobility and community participation, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, participating in case reviews, and maintaining accurate client records. Applicants should have a Bachelor or Masters in Occupational Therapy, current AHPRA registration, three years of Occupational Therapist experience including neurological and community experience, strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a commitment to evidence-based and client-centred care, the ability to work independently and in a team, and a current driver's licence with access to a reliable vehicle.
