Details.

Develop training programmes for clients and provide full support. Conduct initial client consultations, arrange new and ongoing appointments, and help develop the practice and client base. The role offers opportunities to expand responsibilities and demonstrate teamwork and mentoring skills. Applicants should be exceptionally bright, hold a Master's degree in a related subject or have many years of highly relevant clinical experience, and be comfortable discussing symptoms with clients and determining appropriate approaches. Experience working within a client-practitioner relationship and the ability to manage challenges in the mental health field are required. Training includes technical classroom instruction, clinical methodology, practical training, shadowing, case studies, operational and client relationship training, and ongoing support.
