Evaluate bus operators on prescribed transit bus routes, including their safe and professional operation of buses, compliance with traffic regulations and company policies, and customer service. Prepare timely reports for operations managers, maintain discretion and anonymity from bus operators, and represent Paul Revere Transportation professionally. Candidates should have excellent customer service, sound judgment, punctuality, good attendance, knowledge of safe bus operation and scheduled routes, and the ability to follow oral and written instructions in English. Previous experience as a transit bus operator is preferred. The position requires working nights, weekends, holidays, and varied schedules, sitting for extended periods, maintaining records and reports, and passing a D.O.T. physical, drug and alcohol screening, and C.O.R.I. check. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
