BIRDY Private Jets is seeking a multitasking team member to call warm leads, prequalify prospects, schedule appointments, provide administrative support, assist with sales and digital marketing reports, maintain company databases, draft written communications, support sales and revenue generation, and handle confidential information professionally. Candidates should be highly organised, successful in sales, comfortable speaking with new people, flexible, intellectually curious, proficient with office software and processes, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, fast and accurate, collaborative, and able to manage multiple tasks. At least 2 to 3 years of sales experience, intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills, experience working from home with a private home office, and private aviation experience are listed.
