Equal is looking for a multidisciplinary teacher based in Amsterdam who is certified in at least two of yoga, barre, Pilates and sculpt. The role requires weekend availability, being at the studio 15 minutes before and after classes to welcome students and build community, following set sequences, taking ownership of classes including arranging substitutes, teaching a minimum of 2 to 4 classes per week, having a KVK license and valid Dutch tax number, and being able to teach at all four Amsterdam locations. The hourly rate is EUR 40 to 50 excluding VAT per class, depending on experience and availability. Equal organises teacher meet-ups every few months for personal growth and development, and provides a free staff membership and free use of towels.
