Support lending managers at Loanseeker Home Loans from fact find through to settlement and ongoing loan monitoring. Responsibilities include working with clients, banks, BDMs, credit teams and internal stakeholders, pre-qualifying clients, arranging appointments, attending loan interviews as required, preparing serviceability calculations and residential loan submissions, coordinating supporting evidence, tracking applications, maintaining applications in Podium, liaising with customers and third parties, and maintaining customer and real estate CRM records. Previous lending experience, confidence with mortgage industry terminology, understanding of the mortgage application process, communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines are required. Broker network experience and a passion for customer service are desirable.
