WorldSong Schools is seeking a Montessori Teacher Trainer for its AMS Montessori Teacher Education Program for the 0-3 and 3-6 age levels. This contract hybrid role is based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, with some remote work. Responsibilities include collaborating on training programs, conducting observations and evaluations, providing ongoing teacher support and feedback, assisting with curriculum activities, and ensuring classrooms meet Montessori standards. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Education, Montessori Education, or a related field, AMI or AMS Montessori Teaching Certification, 3 or more years of Montessori teaching experience focused on teacher training and professional development, strong communication, collaboration, coaching, organizational, and analytical skills, proficiency in Montessori materials and methods, curriculum development, and classroom management, and flexibility to work in person and remotely.
