The Butterfly Preschool is recruiting enthusiastic and experienced Nursery Teachers to work with children aged 2 to 5 in the lower and upper preschool at the Wimbledon site. Duties include working with key children, planning activities in line with the EYFS and Montessori curriculum, implementing creative teaching methods, completing reports and observations, maintaining health and safety standards, and following policies and procedures. Candidates need good computer skills for reports, planning and daily observations on Tapestry, must be fit and healthy to pack away the room each day, interact with parents and update them on their child's progress, and be highly motivated and enthusiastic. NVQ Level 3 in childcare or higher and a Diploma of Higher Education are required. The role includes training, term time only working with school holidays off, access to an online professional development scheme with over 300 courses, an annual salary review, a bonus scheme and company events.
