Manage and oversee noodle bar operations during assigned shifts at 945 Market St, SF, IKEA adjacent Food Hall. Responsibilities include overseeing store operations, ensuring food meets company standards, providing customer service, training and managing staff, maintaining inventory, managing order-system issues, maintaining cleanliness and health and safety compliance, resolving customer complaints, completing inventory paperwork and communicating issues to management. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, three years of food industry experience in a leadership role, excellent customer service, leadership and communication skills, knowledge of health and safety regulations and flexibility to work weekends, holidays and evenings. Asian cuisine experience is preferred. Pay is $24 to $27 per hour based on qualifications, with above-industry-average daily tips, a free shift meal and ongoing training and development opportunities.
