Supervise security operations for a residential property in the Bronx, New York. Ensure access control guidelines are followed, provide incident and other reports, secure the premises, patrol the community in a marked vehicle, detect and help prevent fires, vandalism, theft, and rule infractions, protect employees, visitors, and condominium owners, provide directions, and maintain assigned posts.
