Work in a sport, music, movement, art or nature-pedagogical childcare facility with relevant training. The person can generally be counted towards staffing for no more than half of the usual local weekly working time. Continuing education is required, with at least five training days per year for the duration of employment. This group has no direct qualified-staff option.
