Details.
Provide safe, effective care throughout the antenatal period, birth and for six weeks postnatally. Work in a small team, look after and take responsibility for your own caseload of women, and support colleagues with their caseloads. Midwives are responsible for building their caseload in their local area through networking and social media while the service is self funded. The role offers opportunities to be innovative and creative, with a nurturing and supportive culture, flexible working arrangements, a consistent cap on caseload size, a competitive salary, nine weeks' holiday per year and a workplace pension being put in place. Neighbourhood Midwives is an employee-owned midwifery mutual with one member, one vote and representation at board level.
