Provide safe, effective care throughout the antenatal period, birth and for six weeks postnatally. Work in a small team, look after and take responsibility for your own caseload of women, and support colleagues with their caseloads. Midwives are responsible for building their caseload in their local area through networking and social media while the service is self funded.
