Chaos Design is seeking a highly creative and digitally focused Midweight Designer to produce original ideas for creative briefs, create and craft brand identities and websites, and support the overall creative output in the studio. Applicants need a minimum of 4 years' experience in a creative agency, problem-solving and creative thinking skills, the ability to present ideas and concepts articulately, versatile creative abilities, strong graphic and digital design and typography skills, and good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. The role also requires proactive collaborative teamwork, a willingness to learn and share knowledge, strong attention to detail, and experience bringing brands to life online through UX, UI, wireframing and web accessibility. The agency offers a fun, relaxed, creative and inspiring environment, a competitive salary of £30,000 to £40,000 depending on experience, 25 days' holiday, a pension, company bonus and an additional day off for your birthday. The role follows a hybrid studio and home working model, with at least 2 or 3 days per week in the Guildford office, possibly more depending on projects.
