Join Beyond's Retail Design Consultant team, providing design advice and brand guardianship to major shopping centres across the UK. You will liaise with shopping centre teams, brands, retailers and consultants, manage your own centres, oversee project information, assist with retail unit and larger-scale landlord design projects, and contribute to research, sketching, visuals and presentations from concept through completion. The role includes client presentations, site meetings, photo audits and snagging visits, as well as mentoring junior colleagues and supporting the wider team. Candidates should have a degree in interior design or architecture, high-level Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop and InDesign skills, 8+ years of retail design experience including at least 4 years in a Retail Design Manager or Consultant role, strong communication and organisational skills, and a passion for design. A driving licence and access to a car is ideal but not essential. The role is permanent, based in Hammersmith with 1 to 2 office days per week and site visits across the UK.
