Working with the Principal and other designers, the Mid-Level Interior Designer contributes to all phases of high-end residential interior design, from initial design concept to installation. Responsibilities include supporting residential and commercial projects, assembling design presentations, gathering quotes, preparing proposals, producing floor plans, furniture plans, elevations and renderings in ArchiCAD, maintaining design documentation, sourcing furniture, fabrics, fixtures and finishes, coordinating with the design team and suppliers, and attending client meetings and installations. Qualifications include a degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture or equivalent skill set, at least 5 years of experience in high-end residential design, experience managing projects with budgets and timelines, and comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced studio environment. Proficiency in ArchiCAD or similar programs is required, along with creative problem-solving, organisation, time management, knowledge of brands, showrooms, suppliers and procurement, custom fabrication, Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, and strong communication and presentation skills.
