Join a flexible private practice team serving clients through remote or hybrid work. Therapists receive their own Zocdoc and Psychology Today profiles, choose their clients and schedules, and receive 6 to 8 hours of supervision per month from supervisors with diagnostic privileges. Benefits include paid malpractice insurance, paid family leave, paid short term disability leave, paid sick time, in-house billing support, workers compensation, and paid EHR and marketing profiles. The role includes business-informed supervision and preparation for opening an independent private practice. Applicants must hold an MHC permit or be permit eligible and have at least 5 years of experience in their own psychotherapy. The starting rate is $35 per session, increasing to $40 after reaching the target weekly caseload, with yearly $5 rate increases based on caseload retention.
