As the face of KĀYA, this role requires a bright, energetic, empathetic, task-oriented and service-focused individual. The position is the first touch point for members and involves supporting them through their health and wellness journey, building relationships and helping make each visit memorable. Shifts include early weekday mornings from 5:15am, weekday evening closes between 8pm and 9pm, and weekend work from 7:30am to 5pm. The role is suitable for people studying, returning to the workforce or seeking a career change. Previous service-based or customer-facing experience in hospitality, retail, or health and fitness is expected, along with relationship-building skills, an achievement-driven approach, planning and organisational skills, time management, teamwork, adaptability, confidence, communication and customer service skills, willingness to learn, a solutions-focused approach, professional presentation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. First Aid and CPR certification are required. Available across Emporium in the CBD, Chadstone and Prahran.
