Support providers with clinical care execution, monitor Spravato treatments, and assist patients across clinics. Duties include verifying patient information, recording medical histories, handling medication refill requests and prior authorizations, administering cognitive and patient-reported outcome testing, collecting pharmacogenetic samples, obtaining records and consent forms, screening electronic medical record tasks and messages, taking vital signs or urine drug screens when requested, explaining TMS procedures, recording treatment notes, supporting front desk operations, maintaining records, assisting patients with transportation, stocking supplies, cleaning rooms, and preparing for the next patient. Spravato responsibilities include coordinating schedules, monitoring prior authorizations, assisting with medication ordering, maintaining REMS and medication records compliance, auditing charts, supporting consultations and enrollment paperwork, and monitoring patients during treatment sessions. The role requires technological proficiency, electronic health record and Microsoft Office skills, strong verbal and written communication, confidentiality, and the ability to reassure patients. An associate degree and MA certification are preferred, as is behavioral health experience. The position offers part-time work of 10 to 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday scheduling with weekends as needed, in-person clinic, outpatient, and private practice settings, and benefits including insurance, paid time off, and 401(k) options.
