Work with intellectually challenging adults receiving services from Mercy Home. Applicants are asked to explain their interest in working with Mercy Home and describe attributes that could positively impact the lives of the individuals served. Employees responsible for caring for people with severe behavior problems must be capable of performing the physically demanding SCIP-R restrictive techniques. A valid and clean or unrestricted New York State driver's license is required for most residential and day habilitation services positions.
