e3i Engineers is seeking an experienced marketing professional to supplement its growing engineering team. The role works alongside the President and Managing Partner to develop marketing materials, business development strategy, and social media presence while ensuring consistent branding and messaging. Responsibilities include managing RFQ and RFP processes, preparing qualifications, proposals, and presentations, supporting industry outreach and marketing events, developing and executing Instagram and LinkedIn content, supporting client relationship management, creating marketing collateral, maintaining the WordPress website, and supporting business development efforts. Candidates should have 2 to 3 years of experience within the AEC industry, strong visual design and communication skills, a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and high-level experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. The role requires multitasking in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, independent ownership of projects, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
