Full-time, 40-hour-per-week remote position reporting to the Client Development Manager. The Marketing Associate collaborates on marketing strategies and plans, coordinates and evaluates marketing activities, generates and manages content for email, digital and print channels, designs and executes campaigns, coordinates conferences and events, manages marketing lists, tracks campaign analytics, and develops visual materials while enforcing the company style guide. The ideal candidate has an Associate's or Bachelor's degree, 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or nonprofit administration, nonprofit or B2B marketing knowledge, content marketing and campaign experience, strong organizational, project management, communication, writing, editing, and proofreading skills, experience with marketing automation platforms, CMS tools, social media campaigns, analytics, and graphic design, and a passion for nonprofit organizations.
