ADEC Kedge is seeking qualified and experienced Marine Surveyors to join its Hobart, Tasmania team, with travel opportunities throughout Australia and worldwide. Duties include conducting statutory surveys in accordance with AMSA regulations and applicable standards, providing expert advice on vessel surveying, engineering and building, undertaking new vessel surveys, and making recommendations to the National Regulator regarding vessel compliance. Accreditation as a Marine Surveyor is preferred. Applicants should have an excellent understanding of AMSA regulations, exemptions and relevant industry standards, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, effective verbal and written communication skills, the ability to build client relationships, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Flexibility to travel and work across Australia and overseas is required, along with full Australian working rights.
