BellMark Partners is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Managing Director for its growing middle market investment banking practice. Responsibilities include originating and leading M&A advisory and private capital raising transactions, pursuing business development opportunities, developing prospect and referral networks, leading deal teams from opportunity development through closing, managing client relationships and investment banking teams, and mentoring junior staff. The role requires at least 15 years of experience at a boutique or regional investment bank focused on M&A, a proven record of originating and closing engagements, established relationships with private equity firms and middle market businesses, sector expertise, understanding of sell-side M&A, deal structuring and negotiation, a collaborative team-oriented approach, and a bachelor's degree. An MBA is preferred but not required. FINRA Series 7 or 79 is required, and Series 24 is preferred but not required. BellMark is seeking expertise in Industrials, Business Services, Consumer and Retail, Technology, or Healthcare services.
