Managing Agents must have at least 3 years of prior experience with cooperatives and condominiums. Candidates must know Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Adobe and Internet Explorer, know how to use office scanners, network printers and other document management devices, and be able to travel throughout all five boroughs and work nights and weekends. Knowledge of Yardi Accounting Software is preferred.
