Work closely with a Principal to organise and manage insolvency engagements while delivering quality service to stakeholders. Deliver a broad range of insolvency tasks to a high standard, coach, mentor and direct team members, drive an engaged culture, and maintain growth of referral partners. The role requires exemplary communication and relationship-building skills, full membership of CA ANZ or CPA Australia, completion of all or most of the ARITA course, strong IT skills, experience supervising and training staff, and the ability to achieve high quality outcomes.
