Ledouble is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to lead and supervise financial valuation and advisory assignments for listed and unlisted companies, including public and private fairness opinions, company and financial instrument valuations, litigation support, independent expert assignments, and accounting and financial engineering advisory. The role includes supervising and training junior and senior staff, managing client and stakeholder relationships, preparing high-quality deliverables, supporting business development, and representing the firm at professional events. Candidates should hold a Bac +5 degree from a business school or university, ideally with a finance or accounting specialisation, and have 5 to 10 years of experience in company valuation or a combination of valuation and related finance experience such as audit, Transaction Services, or M&A. Excellent interpersonal, analytical, synthesis and teamwork skills, rigour, and fluent written and spoken English are required.
