Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of one bar. Under the Operations Manager's leadership, maximise sales and profit through excellent guest service and operational standards, while leading, motivating and developing the team. Coach and mentor the team, ensuring they are fully trained and performing to the best of their ability to deliver the brand values. This is a full-time role of 40 hours per week with a shift pattern, starting as early as 9am and finishing as late as midnight. The yearly salary is £36,000 plus a management bonus every three months of up to £1,600, or £3,200 when doubled. Full training is provided. Bonus payments are based on the achievement of quarterly KPIs.
