Manage a portfolio of projects at various stages of the development cycle, typically high density mixed-use residential developments located within the GTA. Responsibilities include leading project consultants to execute submission requirements, liaising with stakeholders to facilitate development approvals and obtain building permits, assisting with project budgeting, process tracking, feasibility analysis and due diligence for new site acquisition, and performing additional required tasks. Qualifications include a minimum of five years of high-rise residential development experience, a university undergraduate degree in urban planning, business, architecture, engineering or equivalent, excellent written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
