A 24-month graduate placement for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants who have recently completed legal studies or are undertaking the Graduate Diploma of Legal Studies. Graduates can rotate across multiple positions within the Law Reform and Legal Services Division, gain experience across legal and policy teams, and receive employment support, mentoring and cultural support. The program provides ongoing employment opportunities within the division following successful completion. Applicants need excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to manage conflicting deadlines, and a willingness to learn on the job. No previous legal work experience is required. A competitive salary is offered.
