Prepare and serve exceptional coffee and other beverages with consistency and care, create a welcoming experience for every guest, maintain knowledge of the coffee, matcha and tea menu, farmer partners and seasonal offerings, keep everything mise en place throughout service, collaborate with teammates, and participate in ongoing learning and professional development. Applicants should have 2+ years of experience in specialty coffee or hospitality, a genuine passion for people and craft, strong communication skills, composure in a fast-paced environment, and availability to work weekends. The role is based at various Desnudo Coffee locations in East, Downtown, West and South Austin. Pay is $13-$15 per hour plus tips, with average total earnings of $27-$30 per hour including tips.
