Fox Hill Village is seeking a part-time Nurse, either an LPN or RN, for 24 hours per week, generally 8:00 am to 4:30 pm on weekdays with a possible weekend shift each month. Nurses monitor resident needs, report changes in condition, deliver services in resident service plans, support regulatory compliance, collaborate with CNAs, communicate with physicians and home healthcare agencies, assist with medication processes, coordinate service plans, maintain emergency supplies and equipment, and provide emergency nursing care or first aid when needed. Requirements include excellent communication, the ability to work in a demanding environment, teamwork, attention to detail, computer proficiency with ALIS and Microsoft Office, a Massachusetts RN or LPN license, current CPR certification, and 2 to 5 years of long-term care or gerontological healthcare experience. Night, weekend, and holiday availability may be required. Pay starts at $36 per hour, with potential increases based on experience and credentials.
