Remote loan officer role with a direct lender. Responsibilities include taking applications, collecting stipulations and passing files to a dedicated processor. The company provides healthy commission splits, high volume incentives, monthly bonuses paid at funding, hot leads, purchase lead generation software, an auto dialer and CRM support. Applicants must have an active California NMLS license and at least 2 years of current loan officer experience. Newly licensed applicants are accepted with training provided. Requirements include integrity, knowledge of FHA, VA, conventional and non-QM guidelines and products, the ability to structure and price loans accurately, strong sales motivation, self-direction, responsiveness, communication skills, personal accountability and the ability to make more than 100 calls daily. Self-generated clients through networking, follow-up and sales skills are required. Realtor relations, bilingual ability and social media skills are preferred or a plus. Multi-state licensees are welcome.
