Flatiron Counseling is seeking fully licensed clinicians to provide outpatient mental health services to a diverse population through in-person and telehealth sessions. Responsibilities include collecting co-pays and fees, completing related documentation, attending weekly individual supervision and monthly in-person staff meetings with didactic learning and case presentations or consultations, maintaining a caseload of 25 clients, working at least one in-person evening shift and one virtual evening shift, and making a minimum one-year commitment. Candidates should be eager to learn and grow, with an interest in psychodynamic and psychoanalytic practice. An ideal candidate has a unique treatment niche or modality, such as LGBTQIA+ services or EMDR. Benefits include five paid sick days per year, unlimited vacation days, a $500 annual training stipend, and starting pay of $40 to $50 per clinical contact hour plus quarterly bonuses. Must be eligible to practice in New York State.
