Join Vyman Solicitors' Litigation and Dispute Resolution team, handling substantial and complex disputes with direct client contact and significant responsibility. The role includes shareholder disputes, unfair prejudice petitions, corporate and commercial disputes, high-value commercial property disputes, litigation risk advice, settlement strategy, interim applications, mediation, trial preparation, drafting pleadings and court documentation, and working with colleagues across other practice areas. You will build client relationships, support junior colleagues and contribute to litigation strategy and the development of the practice. Applicants should be solicitors qualified in England and Wales, ideally with 6 or more years' PQE in commercial litigation, with strong experience in complex, high-value litigation, excellent drafting and case analysis skills, strategic judgment, commercial awareness and a collaborative approach.
