Join a clinical team in an in-person W-2 position with compensation and benefits. Provide individual, couple and family psychotherapy to diverse clients, conduct psychological testing, complete timely administrative duties including notes and billing through Theranest, and work as a team member. Applicants should have prior clinical experience, training and experience in psychodynamic psychotherapy, cultural sensitivity, LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity affirmative practice, and the ability to commit to a minimum of 20 client hours per week and at least two years. A minimum of a master's degree in psychology and Ph.D. or Psy.D. eligibility from a reputable institution is required, along with eligibility for registration as a Registered Psychological Associate through the Board of Psychology or licensure as a California Psychologist. Individual supervision is provided for Registered Psychological Associates, and supervision opportunities may be available to licensed psychologists.
