Massage Therapy of Boston is looking to bring on 2 to 3 qualified and enthusiastic licensed massage therapists for 3 to 5 days a week. The clinic works with athletic individuals, people managing sports and stress related injuries, and desk workers with poor posture. Therapists can build their practice in a laid back clinical environment, bring their own style, learn from other therapists, trade services free of charge, and create their own schedule. The clinic offers competitive compensation and partial contribution to CEUs after one year. Requirements include proficiency in deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy; a strong understanding of anatomy and kinesiology; 650 or more hours of massage training; Massachusetts state certification and professional liability insurance; comfort working deeply and with specific injuries; and skill in rebooking clients before they leave the session. New graduates interested in learning in a clinical environment may also be considered. Pay is $50.00 to $60.00 per hour.
