TCA Counseling Group is hiring one in-office and hybrid Fee for Service therapist to perform couples and individual therapies in Boston. Candidates must be licensed to practice independently in Massachusetts. Upon maintaining 30 billable sessions per week, a full-time salary position with benefits may be offered. Required qualifications include professional references, knowledge and experience working with Millennials and their issues, an established clinical specialty excluding expressive therapies, CBT and DBT, and proficiency in clinical treatment modalities with the ability to adapt to client needs. Insurance credentialing is preferred. Specializations such as EMDR, sex addiction and gender dysphoria are encouraged. Flexible schedules range from 16 to 40 hours per week. This is a W2 per diem classification with a rate of $65 to $75 per billable session.
