Harrison Psychology Group is hiring a fully qualified LGBTQ+ affirmative Clinical or Counselling Psychologist registered and accredited with HCPC. Applicants should have a DClinPsych, DPsych, PhD or similar, at least 2 years post-qualification experience, experience with a wide range of psychological issues and high-risk situations, and experience practising at least two therapy models including a Third Wave Therapy. The role involves carrying a weekly caseload of 8 to 15 individual clients or couples, providing face-to-face therapy in the London consulting room near Chancery Lane and Holborn and online therapy via Zoom, attending monthly individual and group supervision, maintaining clinical records and reports, formulating treatment plans, managing client difficulties and maintaining healthy boundaries. The practice provides LGBTQ+ affirmative therapy and values integrative approaches including Mindfulness, IFS, CAT, EMDR, ACT, CFT, CBT, Third Wave and Psychodynamic therapies. The role offers flexibility over working days and hours, remote working for Zoom clients, an annual mutually agreed contract, flexible holidays and pay of £70 to £120 per session depending on experience, expertise and caseload.
