Serve as a Leica brand ambassador by providing a complete customer journey and experience while achieving sales targets and expanding the customer base. Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, creating customer experiences, building relationships, sharing Leica's heritage and product story, managing enquiries, after-sales support and feedback, collaborating on initiatives, events and brand activations, and providing insights to improve store operations, customer satisfaction and team performance. Requirements include at least 3 years of experience in luxury retail, customer service or a similar environment, a sales-driven mindset, excellent communication skills, articulate expression, fluency in English, basic digital literacy and professional communication etiquette.
