Metanoia Institute is seeking UKCP accredited gestalt psychotherapists to join its postgraduate and undergraduate teaching teams. The part-time role, up to 14 hours per week, involves leading module design and review, maintaining learning resources, overseeing assessments, supporting students, teaching and assessing, supervising research projects, contributing to quality assurance, attending meetings and undertaking course administration. The role offers flexible working patterns, including weekend teaching in person and remote online work, within a warm, welcoming and supportive team. Applicants should have UKCP accreditation as a gestalt psychotherapist, strong communication, organisational, digital and teamwork skills, and experience designing curriculum and learning resources, assessing student work, supporting diverse student groups, using Moodle or Microsoft Teams, and participating in quality assurance processes. A PG CertHE, FHEA or equivalent teaching qualification, or willingness to work towards one, is desirable.
