Required from September 2026. The role offers 27.5 hours per week from 9.00am to 3.30pm, plus 7.5 hours per week as a Meals Supervisor. The school is looking for a well organised practitioner with high expectations of achievement and behaviour, a commitment to team building and good relationships, and a willingness to learn and develop their practice. Previous formal experience working with SEND children is required, along with a positive, constructive, caring and energetic approach to education, raising attainment and meeting varied SEND needs. The successful candidate must be flexible to the demands of the SEND pupil and adopt required strategies in the child's best interests. The LSA salary is RBKC pay scale, Scale 3, points 5-7, dependent on experience, pro-rata, term time only. The Meals Supervisor salary is Scale 2, Point 4, pro-rata, term time only.
