BlueBolt has a flexible hybrid setup with its studio in Farringdon, London as the hub. Most crew work in the office a couple of days a week, while some are fully remote. Teams are encouraged to come together each week for in-person collaboration and learning opportunities. BlueBolt also has a community with team-based and wider social activities.
