Hannan Tew Lawyers is seeking a junior immigration professional for a permanent full-time role in Perth, with Melbourne applicants also considered for a hybrid role. The position primarily focuses on employer sponsored visas for a major corporate client, with possible work across asylum applications and family visas. Duties include maintaining stakeholder relationships, advising on employer sponsored immigration pathways, drafting and lodging high volume immigration applications, identifying issues and solutions, managing client expectations, progressing files through internal systems, handling basic immigration enquiries and providing clear, concise and prompt communication. Applicants should have 1 to 2 years of immigration law experience, preferably in a high volume corporate caseload environment, an understanding of the Migration Act, Regulations and Policy, strong communication and relationship-building skills, ethical standards, and the ability to work collaboratively.
