Lead and expand the specialised TPD legal practice area with flexible and hybrid work arrangements, full autonomy, a generous salary package, financial incentives and career growth. The role includes overseeing daily practice operations, implementing strategic business initiatives, managing financial performance, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, identifying business expansion opportunities, recruiting and mentoring a legal team, and building relationships with clients and stakeholders. Applicants must hold a current Practising Certificate from the Victorian Legal Services Board and Commissioner, have proven plaintiff personal injury law experience and a strong track record in TPD and insurance claims. Knowledge of TAC, WorkCover, medical negligence and public liability law is desirable. Business management and leadership experience is highly regarded. The role offers salary ranges of $150,000 to $200,000 plus superannuation. A financial interest in the venture is available based on performance.
