The HWL Ebsworth Clerkship Program runs over summer and provides hands-on experience and training. Clerks work on a broad range of matters within their designated practice group and may attend client meetings, draft advice or agreements, assist with due diligence, attend settlements, conduct research and attend court. Training includes client management, negotiation and technical skills, practice management workshops and career information sessions. The program includes mentoring, feedback, networking, a customised induction and a pathway to the graduate program.
