Join high-end residential projects across the New York area, working with the site superintendent and on-site carpenters. Responsibilities include keeping construction sites clean, safe, organized, and well maintained, clearing debris and hazardous materials, handling trash and deliveries, cleaning and storing equipment, reporting unsafe conditions, assisting with protection materials and temporary structures, and supporting carpenters. Requires at least 1 year of construction experience, general construction knowledge, physical ability to lift at least 50 pounds, strong work ethic, teamwork and communication skills, availability for overtime, and ability to travel to jobsites with tools. OSHA 30 and OSHA or SST training are preferred. Salary range: $108,000 to $145,000.
