El Jefe Taqueria is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time kitchen staff across three shifts: 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 10pm, and 10pm to 5am, with premium pay for the night shift. No experience is necessary and training is provided. Staff work all kitchen positions, including food preparation, cooking, and serving lines. Candidates should be able to follow written recipes and supervisor instructions, have basic knife skills, communicate clearly, work well as part of a team, reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 40 pounds, and stand for up to 8 hours.
